RWJF Grantee Profile: Project HealthDesign: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has "established Project HealthDesign to promote the development of interoperable personal health record systems that will provide a range of flexible tools that support individuals’ needs and preferences. The program will support up to 10 teams of technology designers—working closely with consumers—to design and test prototypes of innovative PHR applications that can be built upon a common record platform."
